1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and accessing PowerShield’s Power Partner Program (“PPP”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility
If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you must have the necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Partner Content
As a registered partner, you will gain access to partner-specific content, including but not limited to training materials, sales collateral, marketing resources, and other relevant information (“Partner Content”). The Partner Content is intended solely for your internal use and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from PowerShield.

4. Deal Registration
As a registered partner, you will have the opportunity to register potential deals with PowerShield for consideration under the Program. Deal registration must be completed through our designated process, providing all relevant and accurate information. PowerShield reserves the right to evaluate and approve or reject deal registrations at its sole discretion.
5. Confidentiality
You understand and agree that any non-public information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, pricing, and customer data, obtained through your participation in the Program is confidential and must be treated as such. You shall not disclose or use any confidential information for purposes other than those expressly authorised by PowerShield.
6. Partner Responsibilities

By participating in PowerShield’s Power Partner Program, you agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and deal registration processes.
2. Use the Partner Content solely for internal business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Safeguard your login credentials and not share them with unauthorised individuals.
4. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when engaging in business activities related to the Program.
5. Act in good faith and refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical conduct that may harm PowerShield or its reputation.

7. Termination
PowerShield reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Partner Content and deal registration benefits.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Program, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, and any other proprietary materials, belong to PowerShield. You may not use or reproduce any of these materials without prior written permission from PowerShield.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerShield shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Modification of Terms
PowerShield reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any modifications.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
